1.
Single Championship will be run
Each class will be raced 6 times
(class dependant) on tracks availability
2. All Drivers are eligible for step ladder
finals (Where applicable)
1st - 25 points
6th - 20 points
2nd - 24 points 7th
- 19 points
3rd - 23 points 8th
- 18 points
4th - 22 points 9th
- 17 points
5th - 21 points ETC
Other scoring systems to be assessed during season
Each
competitor will receive the equivalent number of points for position he or she finishes per event (as above), any competitors
using non eligible cars can only attain a position after any eligible cars running that evening have finished irrespective
of any high position attained during the heats.
Heats running order
will be based on the Championship position from the championship standings, top four attendees positions will race where possible
against each other then the next 4 (5th to 8th) and so on. The remainder of the entrants will be mixed in a similar
fashion
50% of event will run finals
Finals places are based upon distances covered in 4/5 heats during the event (Track dependent).
Each competitor having choice of lane for final.
Each final winner
will progress to the next final level.
Note:- A Final will be run
as a split inner outer lane combination over 2mins/lane
50% of
classes will be run on heat distance results only, no finals will be run (as endurance racing is normally run in real life)
In the event of a computer failure then manual scores must be taken and in the event of a tie then a one lap race off will
be the decider with lane selection done via the a coin toss.
A trophy will be awarded for club champion overall.
Over 40 Masters
award will be given to the highest place person ver the age of 40 years old. (being 40 years old prior to the championship
start date)
3. No Magnets in any class or car are allowed.

All plastic model cars manufactured are eligible to race (Resin bodies allowed in PCS class).

Modifications allowed are as listed in below only.
a) Model Cars
All bodies and chassis have to be plastic and remain as manufactured Body top and Chassis must match, but lightweight interiors
are allowed correctly fitted into model.
They are all required to be 1:32 in scale.
PCS classes have separate criteria below:-
PCS Saloons
Only production Saloon (3 box) or Hatch (2 box) cars that have taken part in saloon BTCC, ETCC, DTM, WRC, DRM mounted onto
a PCS or PCS step 2 chassis
PCS GT
Only production (Originally 1:1 scale) front engined GT cars that have taken part in recognised worldwide GT events
mounted onto a PCS or PCS step 2 chassis.
b)
Guide Blades:
Any guide blade that fits model.
All can be replaced if broken. No guide repositioning is allowed.
c) Axles:
No restriction on axles, except Slot It GT class which can only use slot it parts only.
d) Crown gears/Spur gears:
Any manufacturers gearing to be used. ground clearance of 1.2mm will be required as a minimum requirement to be eligible.
e) Pinion gears:
Pinion gears are allowed to be upgraded/replaced-using gears having 8 to 13 teeth brass, steel or plastic.
Proslot and NSR classics must run with 11 tooth pinions only
f) Wheel hubs:
Any manufacturers hubs to be used (Hubs must be to scale.).
Alloy
hubs will be allowed. Except Slot It GT class which can only use slot it or pcs parts only.
NSR classics must run with hub inserts, if cars are using PCS BBS type hubs then the golden colour must be covered with black
paint or ink.
g) Tyres:
Any manufactures rubber tyres only to be used as long as they are to scale and do not alter the appearance of the car.
NSR classics to run 10 mm wide tyres maximum.
No Silicone tyres to be used .
No Tyre warming prior to
immediate racing allowed, including truing directly before racing.
Tyres to be checked for residual heat at the start line any found to be warmed will have to wait until the tyres are cool
enough to race, racing will not be halted to wait for the offender, alternatively the offender can change the tyres for another
pair of tyres (at room temp) to race, racing can be halted to undertake this action (time allowing)
Tyres will also be checked for dryness being dry at the start line, offenders willl be asked to dry their tyres prior to the
race start.
Tyre treatments are allowed but must not leave
a residue on the track, any found to do so will be required to change car or tyres immediately
No MB Slot treatment to be used as it removes track surface like paint stripper. Notice:- Gloves and Eye protection
are suggested to be used when using potential harmful fluids, please adhere to the instructions and avoid skin contact. WSCC
do not take any reponsibility for any ill health caused by using such substances. Participants and helpers use any substance
at their own risk. Children under 16 are required to be supervised at all times.
h) Repairing Cars:
2 cars maximum are allowed per event per driver.
Cars may
be passed as common entrants for 2 or more drivers. But must be clear to the scrutineer about who is run the car prior to
the evening racing start.
Cars can be cleaned, touched, moved and or repaired during race change over time, or if there are sufficient marshalls during
heats.
I) Motors:
Any motor that can be securely fixed via proprietary motor mounts are allowed.
PCS Saloon class which can only use Pendle AC-4 silver can 18.8K mabuchi type
PCS GT class which can only use Scaleauto yellow can 25K mabuchi type, or SRP 26K motor Ref SRP1093
Proslot GT cars can only run the Scaleauto 008-B 20K motor with wrapper still untouched and on the motor when fitted, (any
suspect tampering will be investigated by the race organisers committee.)
j) Magnets
Magnets are not allowed in any class.
k) Chassis fixings
Loose chassis are allowed, fixing screws
must be secured via tape over screw holes etc to prevent track short circuits, covering of motor pod screws is also required
if the pod is loosened.
7. 1mm of wheel width maximum is allowed exposed in
closed arch models to the widest part of the wheel arch however:-
PCS
Saloon max width 63mm
PCS GT max max width 65 mm
Proslot max width 66mm
NSR Classic max width 61mm

All Classes will be run over 3 or 4 minute heats dependant on numbers attending
Distance only events will be run over 4 minute
Other Events with finals
are run over 3 minutes, A Final will be run as a split inner outer lane combination over 2mins / lane to qualifier getting
lane draw, 1st half final winner get choice of 2nd half lane (on international track only)

Type of Classes:
Super Rally/Tourers/silhouettes
Any UK or international touring car cars also included are Ninco and Fly BMW M3 GTR's, SCX Seat Leon and Audi 90
imsa GT 4x4 ,
Any recognised WRC car from all manufacturers including
Ninco megane MKI and Clio Mk I. Ninco Porsche 911 rally versions (Rothmans type) are allowed.
Light weight silhouettes are allowed e.g. Spirit Peugeot 406 Coupes, Fly Ford Capri, Nascars Ninco Meganes Mk 2 and 3.
Scalextric Ferrari Gto's and Ninco Porsche GT3 are not allowed
NSR Porshe 997 are not allowed
Powerslot Nissan 350 Z are not allowed.
PCS Saloons
Only production Saloon (3 box), Coupe
(2/3box) or Hatch (2 box) cars that have taken part in saloon BTCC, ETCC, DTM, WRC, DRM mounted onto a PCS or PCS step 2 chassis.
cars also included are Ninco and Fly BMW M3 GTR's, SCX Seat Leon DTM , Scalextric DTM, Carrera DTM
Any WRC car from all manufacturers including Ninco megane MKI and Clio Mk I. Ninco Subaru's
Scalextric Ferrari Gto's
and Ninco Porsche GT3. SCX Audi 90 imsa GT 4x4 no Light weight silhouettes are allowed mounted onto a PCS
or PCS step 2 chassis. Pendle's own AC-4 motor only
PCS GT
Any Production GT shell which (at 1:1 scale) had the engine mounted at the front end of the car.
E.g. Scx Aston Martin DB9, Ninco Lexus, Supra, Scalextric Viper, Fly, Panoz, Marcus, Viper.
All mounted onto a PCS or PCS step 2 chassis. Scaleauto Yellow Can 25k or SRP 26K motor Ref SRP1093.
Proslot
GT
Any Sidewinder type motor mounted model with the
Scaleauto 008-B 20K motor with wrapper still untouched and on the motor when fitted, (any suspect tampering will be investigated
by the race organisers committee.) with 11 tooth pinion only and slot it spur gearing to suit individual taste no other gearing
manufacturer allowed. Slot it tyres only
66mm max width on rear
axle for Porsche GT2 other models to be assessed at scrutineering
Open GT
Any GT or open top model any motor, mount gearing wheels etc configurations are allowed within the rules enclosed in this
document,
GT LMP in Line motor configuration only
Any closed top GT or open top prototype LMP GT cars with in line motor configuration including slot it, NSR, MRRC
Ninco GT Closed top,
Any GT or silhouette car that is manufactured by Ninco
With angle
winder or in line configuration, tune up bits by any manufacturer
NSR Classics (pre 1970)
Any
NSR classic's currently available or to be released over the coming season. All to run as closed to box standard as possible.
No Lightweight interiors
Spare tyre on FordMKiV can be removed and hole at rear of car be covered with black
plastic cover. (This is cover Spare body kits which do not come with a spare tyre).
Cars must run with 20 K (orange
wrapper) motor.
11 tooth NSR pinion only.
Other spur gearing any manufacturer to suit individual taste.
Wheels
any type must run with inserts, (spinners can be removed)
PCS type wheels gold centres must be blacked out.
61mm
max width on rear axle to be assessed at scrutineering.
Colour schemes to be in taste with the period.
Only 2 cars max per entrant can be eligible for scrutineering per night
Cars may be passed
as common entrants for 2 or more drivers. But must be clear to the scrutineer about who is run the car prior to the evening
racing start.
Top 28 out of 36 Events will be classified as indicated on calendar a minimum of 2 scoring rounds
from each class ( 1 round to score from 3 in each of the 2 half classes Proslot/PCS GT and PCS Saloons) plus a drivers next
best scores from the remaining events per class must be attended to be eligible for the championship (to count as a score
towards the overall championship).
All cars must run with
all the intended manufacturer parts fitted as sold as far as possible.
Mirrors and aerials are the only parts we would not consider against the rules.
Spoilers on GT, Tourers and Rally cars must be fitted at the start of each race i.e. race grid for each car.
Reinforcing of spoilers and deemed weak/damaged body areas are allowed but must be carried in a manner not to detract from
the appearance of the model.
Any questions on this must be dealt
with on an individual basis, as different models may have different weak areas.
NSR Classics must run with manufacturers original interior and fittings.
Models can run with lightweight interior, windscreen, driver figure and windows ( including PCS classes).
Cars without interior as standard must be fitted with one to be eligible.
Replacement for lightweight 3rd party manufacturers interior and windscreens etc will be allowed in any class.
No cutting/modifying of chassis/bodies is allowed for any reason e.g. to make a non-standard motor fit.
Raw plastic and unpainted bodies will require painting to be eligible to race.
Race car number visible as recommended but not essential
11. No changing of cars during race,
no driver intervention during race i.e. marshalling of his/her own car (when marshalling numbers allow).
If a driver marshals his or her car during a heat then a penalty at the end of race will be incurred. This penalty will be
the reducing the drivers lap score to 4th place and being 1lap behind the final placed driver (unless the driver
is already the final placed then a further 1 lap will be deducted as a penalty from the distance he/she has covered during
the heat).
12. Weighting of cars will be allowed. Excessive weight cars can be requested to
have some weight removed (95 grammes max car weight).
13.
Any car loosing a wheel during a race must retire from the race as soon as it is noticed by a marshall. Car cannot continue
at all in the heat.
14. Parc Fermme rules to be reviewed as season progresses.
15.
Any PCS cars that you want to run which are unclear about eligibility please consult Lee Andrews, Roy Pritchards, Paul Griffiths,
Malcolm Scotto, or Ian James for clearnace to race them 7 days in advance of a qualifying event. Cars that are presented on
the night may be turned away. If any are not sure then clarity must be given from another team member.
16.
Race Control and Scrutineer decisions are final.
17. If anything you want to do to your
vehicle is not mentioned in any of the above rules then the easiest rule is DON'T DO IT!

Race Hand Throttles
Any Hand throttles not previously
used at the club must be checked prior to use on the track to prevent damage to the power pack or track.

(anyone expecting to be late can notify Race control and their name can be entered).
8.00 Evening briefing/ race controller and scrutineer for evening identified.
8.00-8.10 (sharp) Racing commences.
