Acorns Childrens Hospice Care for the child, support for the family.   The club is commited to supporting Acorns Childrens Hospice. Between September 2007 and February 2009 the club has raised £1000. We will continue to support Acorns by; Donating proceeds from raffles at National Events. Collecting dis-used mobile phones for recycling. Collecting empty printer cartridges for recycling. ****GRAND OPENING**** SATURDAY 21st FEBRUARY 2009 10.00 - 4.00pm To celebrate the completion of our move to our new venue and the refurbishment of two tracks,we have secured the support of World Rally Co-driver NICKY GRIST who will officially open the facility on the above date.

GRAND OPENING SATURDAY 21st FEBRUARY 2009 10.00 - 4.00pm   To celebrate the completion of our move to our new venue and the refurbishment of two tracks,we have secured the support of World Rally Co-driver NICKY GRIST who will officially open the facility on the above date. There will be a Rally Event consisting of ten stages,six off road and four road stages. One of the road stages on the International Track,will use a Scalextric Rally Skoda.The winner of this stage will keep the car which will be signed by Nicky Grist.There will be another two Scalextric Rally Skoda cars which will be auctioned off on the day.We would like to thank and acknowledge the support of Pendle Slot Racing for sponsoring our grand opening.
